That the Five Borough Partnership Board initiate a review of the Local Employment and Training Framework to be prepared concurrently with the review of the London Employment and Skills Taskforce for 2012 Action Plan under Recommendation 7 and to include a review of the underlying assumptions

The LETF programme ended in December 2009 and £15m has now been secured for Host Boroughs to commission delivery partners with targets for getting people into work but this is not specific to work on the Olympics. Conditions attached to funding mean it is difficult to use this to support employment on the Olympic Park pre and during the Games. Closed

The LETF programme ended in December 2009 and the LDA is currently working with 5 Borough Partners to design successor arrangements for delivery of employment and skills activity in the 5 boroughs in the run up to the Games and beyond. Progress Made
