The Chair of the Commission for a Sustainable London 2012 wrote to the Chair of the Olympic Board Steering Group on 20 July 2009 to confirm that, in procuring PVC roofing fabric for the Main Stadium, the ODA had used reasonable endeavours to comply with the policy approved by the Olympic Board in February 2009.
