The Chair of the Commission for a Sustainable London 2012 wrote to the Chair of the Olympic Board Steering Group on 25 September 2009 to confirm that the recommendation put forward by the ODA to OBSG to procure chillers that the use of HFCs for the Main Stadium was in compliance with the policy approved by the Olympic Board in June 2009.
